Welcome to AfriPicks, an online sports prediction platform.These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

AfriPicks provides entertainment-based sports prediction games where users can predict outcomes of various sporting events including football matches, tournaments, and other competitions for entertainment purposes and potential rewards.

By accessing, registering for, or using the AfriPicks Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AfriPicks.

To use AfriPicks, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations
• Not be prohibited from using our services under any applicable laws
• Reside in a jurisdiction where sports prediction games are legal

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

To participate in AfriPicks prediction games, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate registration information
• Maintain only one account per person
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Update your information promptly when changes occur

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Multiple accounts by the same user are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

As a user of AfriPicks, you agree to:

• Use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws
• Respect other users and maintain appropriate conduct
• Not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the prediction system
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Not engage in fraudulent activities or money laundering
• Not spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications to other users
• Not share, sell, or transfer your account to third parties

6.1 Prediction Formats

AfriPicks offers various prediction formats including:

• Single match predictions (Win/Draw/Loss)
• Exact score predictions
• Tournament bracket predictions
• Accumulator predictions across multiple matches
• Season-long league predictions

6.2 Scoring System

• Correct match outcome: 3 points
• Correct exact score: 5 points
• Difficult match bonus: +1-2 additional points
• Streak multiplier: x1.5 for 5+ consecutive correct predictions

6.3 Fair Play

All predictions must be made before the official match kick-off time. Late predictions will not be accepted. Users found manipulating the system or engaging in unfair practices will be disqualified and may face account termination.

7.1 Reward Types

AfriPicks may offer various rewards including:

• Cash prizes (where legally permitted)
• Platform points and badges
• Merchandise and vouchers
• Premium features access

7.2 Disbursement

Rewards will be distributed within 7-14 business days after verification. We reserve the right to verify winners' eligibility and may request additional documentation. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

7.3 Verification

AfriPicks reserves the right to verify all winners and may require identity verification, proof of address, and other documentation before distributing rewards.

Rankings are calculated based on total points earned from correct predictions. Leaderboards operate on weekly, monthly, and seasonal formats. In case of ties, the following criteria apply in order:

• Total number of correct predictions
• Highest streak achieved
• Earlier registration date

Usernames and points may be displayed publicly on leaderboards. Users can opt out of public display in their privacy settings.

No Guarantee of Winnings: Participation in prediction games does not guarantee winnings or rewards. All games are for entertainment purposes.

Third-Party Data: Match data, scores, and statistics are sourced from third-party providers. We are not responsible for data accuracy or delays.

Platform Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and are not liable for downtime or technical issues.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the AfriPicks Platform are owned by AfriPicks Gaming Ltd or our licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

By using the Platform, you grant AfriPicks a non-exclusive license to use your username and prediction data for leaderboards and promotional purposes.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Multiple account creation
• Abuse of other users or staff
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Disputes may be resolved through our customer support team. Decisions regarding account termination are final.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes:

• Registration and profile information
• Prediction history and game activity
• Device and usage analytics
• Communication preferences

Data is used to provide services, improve user experience, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

AfriPicks reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or Platform notification at least 30 days before changes take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
